CD can not be ejected while EXS24 is running.

Description:
A user reported, that his AKAI CD could not be ejected. Neither closing the akai convert window nor using the key-command Shift+Enter helped.

Solution:
This Problem only occurs, when the "AKAI convert thru" settings are set to the ID of the CD-ROM drive. Please choose MacOS there.
