Are the ROM blocks (contemporary and orchestral) backwards compatible to the entire K2XXX series?
 
A:
Yes...
You can put the ROM blocks in any of the K2XXX series keyboards BUT there are different daughterboards per keyboard. So you would have to purchase the corresponding daughterboard for your unit.
