If you purchased Amplitube on April 1 - present you can recieve the upgrade for free. After you register your current version (OS9) you will be sent an email with a username, password and link to the personal user area (Unless you already have registered IK Products before) you will have the OSX version in your User Area under option 3: Download Software updates. You will need to go to option 1 after you install to get an Auth code for your new version. There will be a new serial # listed in Option 1: Request new auth code.
