Q:
When I turn on my DMXR-100, I get the message "Warning CMOS failure. Run SCU. Bad CMOS checksum. CMOS updated to default values/run SCU.” Everything works fine, but Date & Times are not correct.

A:
Sony's Pro Audio Technicians report that this may be a CR2032 Lithium battery inside the console that may be need to be changed. This can typically be done by the owner/user.

We recommend that you contact Sony's DMXR-100 support line to verify the problem, and obtain the instructions for changing the battery.
