Press PLAY/EDIT, CHANNEL UP, and CHANNEL DOWN buttons simultaneously. The display will read MIDI Scope any button quits. This message will remain until the K1000 receives a MIDI event from the keyboard or from the MIDI IN port. Pressing any front-panel button will exit MIDI SCOPE mode and return to PLAY mode.

Note: you will not hear any sounds while in MIDI SCOPE mode.
