I recorded The B4 VST organ parts as Midi in Sonar as a DXi instrument. How can I automate using the rotator (or leslie), slow to fast and fast to slow on what I have already recorded?

You should use MIDI automation in Sonar. You find a complete list of all MIDI controllers of the B4 in the printed manual. For selecting a MIDI controller in Sonar right click on a MIDI track routed to the B4 and choose "Envelopes/Create Envelopes.../MIDI" and select the desired MIDI CC.
