When I enter the serial number from my Pro-52, I get a message that the serial number is incorrect. The serial number matches that registration card. Can you help me with this?

Your Pro-52 serial number will not work for the Pro-53, however, you can request a Pro-53 serial number here: www.nativeinstruments.de Simply click on the "Request a PRO-53 serial number" link, and the serial number will be sent to the email address that you registered with.

• I registered on this site and downloaded the upgrade from Pro-52 to Pro-53. When I run the upgrade, it asks for my serial number in 3 parts. 3 numbers, then 5 numbers, then 5 numbers again. The only serial number I can find for my pro-52 is on the mail-in registration form, and it comes in a single 9 digit number. I cannot enter my serial number into the 13 alloted spaces, it tells me that my serial number is incorrect.

• The presets in the Pro-53 are different from those mentioned in the tutorial section of the printed manual. Why?
