I have transferred my Sibelius authorization (so I can save) from one machine to another, upgraded that machine's OS, and now it will not let me get a transfer number to transfer authorization back to the original computer. What do I need to do?

What you'll need to do on BOTH computers is to go to Add/Remove programs and remove Sibelius. Then go to your C:\Program Files, and delete the Sibelius folder. Restart the computer, reinstall Sibelius (it will now forget that it was registered, which is good), and you can call Sibelius to re-register at 888-280-9995.
