As of October 2003, current versions of Auto Tune attempt to install the plugin to the Pro Tools 5.3 folder, which does not exist. Simply alter the install directory to the Pro Tools 6.x plugin directory and it will work fine.

You'll want to uninstall Auto Tune and reinstall it to your C:\Program Files\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE\Plugins folder.
