Yes, you can add one effect after recording a track dry. Select the effect, press input select, highlight the track to add the effect to, and when you playback it will go through the effect. It will also bounce with this effect. Remember you can only have one effect going on playback at a time, if you want to use an effect on another track, you'll need to bounce the effect on the first track.
