Why am I getting clicks during punch ins/outs on the Alesis HD24? How can I fix them?

There should not be any clicks during punching in or out. Try resetting the HD24 to factory defaults with the following steps:

Power on while holding Play & Record. The screen will say "Resetting to system defaults".

This WILL erase: all settings including network settings

It WILL NOT erase: projects on your hard drive- they will be safe
