This -5000 error is an Apple OS X permissions issue. The Pace technology is not being given the
correct permissions from the operating system to complete its task. 
To allow InterLok the proper permissions required to function properly again you will need to
 Repair Permissions.
Apple repair utility: Hard Drive > Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility > First Aid
and click on the "Repair Disk Permissions" button. Restart the computer.
