When I use the setup wizard in my DriveRackStudio, it only offers a list of big PA speakers and no studio monitors to use as a profile.

The setup wizard was left in the DriveRack Studio after development with the DriveRack PA. However, the using the wizard is simply not needed for DriveRack Studio purposes.
Instead, simply tone the room using the pink noise generator. Be sure to save your resulting profile into a patch for future use.
