Q:
After updating the Tascam FW1884 to firmware 1.1, Cakewalk Sonar pops and clicks and offsets tracks. What can I do?
A:
In the FW1884 control panel, raise the buffer size (latency) to 2048 (default for firmware v1.0) and run Sonar's Wave Profiler. After completed, you can lower the buffer size to the desired setting, probably 256 (default for firmware v1.1).
