Q:
How do I synchronize the Performance Clock to the Sequencer on the Roland XP50 ?
A:
Often, it is desirable to synchronize Performance effects or LFOs so that
tempos are aligned. Use the following procedure to sync the Performance clock to the sequencer: 1) Press PERFORM and use the VALUE dial to select the desired Performance. 2) Press EDIT so it is lit. 3) Press the 1/9 TRACK/PART button. 4) Press CURSOR DOWN to select PERFORM CLOCK. 5) Press CURSOR RIGHT to select SOURCE and use the VALUE dial to select SEQUENCER. NOTE: Now any effects or LFO’s that are synchronized within the Performance will also be sync’d to the sequencer.
