How do I record a Song from an External Sequencer with the Roland XP50 ?
A:
The XP-50 can record a song from an external sequencer. This is a useful
feature for transferring files from one workstation to another. Use the following procedure to record a song from an external sequencer: 1) Press SEQUENCER. 2) Press SYSTEM. 3) Press 5/13[SEQUENCER]. 4) Use the CURSOR buttons to select Sync Mode. 5) Use the VALUE dial to select SLAVE. 5) Press REC and make your settings. 6) Playing back the song on the external sequence will start recording on the XP-50. NOTE: The XP-50 will stop recording when the external sequencer finishes playback.
