Q:
TC Electronic M-One and D-Two Recall
A:
TC Electronic has found that they shipped new M-One XL's and D-Two's with a faulty DRAM chip. This means that noise can occur in the Delay algorithm due to a fault in the DRAM timing.
The serial number range is: M-One XLs from serial number 3512160 to 3513360 D-Two from serial number 3114100 to 3114323 If a customer experiences noise with one of these units and and a serial number within these ranges. Contact TC support directly to arrange a replacement. PLEASE SHARE THIS WITH CUSTOMERS ONLY AS NEEDED. AVOID THE WORD "RECALL" AND SIMPLY GET TC INVOLVED TO REPLACE IMMEDIATELY.
