During launch of Pro Tools LE in OS X, getting an error message: "Another application is already using the Digidesign hardware (-1133). "

Quitting and relaunching Pro Tools very quickly can sometimes result in the following error: "Another application is already using the Digidesign hardware (-1133). "
Waiting a few seconds in between quit and relaunch will remedy the problem.
