Q:
How do I connect the Mackie Control Universal to my computer?
A:
The Mackie Control Universal is a MIDI device, which means you must have a minimum of one available port (both in and out) on a standard MIDI Interface, connected and running on your computer.
Because of the wide variety of MIDI interfaces available today, ranging from single port Serial/USB interfaces to PCI cards, Mackie Designs makes no official recommendation for a specific type of MIDI interface to be used with Mackie Control Universal.
