Q:
Is there a way I can make Cakewalk Sonar save my patches in IK Multimedia Sampletank so I don't have to reload them each time I load a new project?
A:
That seems to be a shortcoming of the way Sonar and Sampletank communicate. Try updating Sonar and Sampletank to the latest versions. The workaround is to save a preset (of your patches) in Sampletank, name it the same as your project (for your own reference) and when you load your Sonar project you can go to Sampletank and simply load a preset rather than loading each individual patch.
