Why is my Steinberg Hypersonic instrument asking for a long authorization code which is not my serial number? Where do I get this code?

This is a bug in the Syncrosoft (dongle) drivers which can be resolved by going to www.syncrosoft.com and downloading new drivers. The authorization code is in the dongle but without the updated drivers, Hypersonic cannot recognize it.
