"Pro tool le.exe - entry point is not found.The procedure entry point

"Pro tool le.exe - entry point is not found. The procedure entry point_Is windows keydown@ 0 could not be located in the dynamiclink library keyfilter.dll." error during launch or Pro Tools LE.

This error was seen on a Dell Optiplex GX240. The user had run an updater from Windows 98 to Windows XP and had not reinitialized the system drive. Once the drive was initialized and Windows XP and Pro Tools LE were reinstalled, the error was resolved.
