Q:
I cannot get my Roxio Product to recognize my burner. How can I update my software to do so?
A:
First, you can go to Roxio's recorder support page to find if you need an update. Once you select your burner, you will see the lowest version of Roxio's software that supports that burner. For Example, if you have Easy CD Creator 5.0, and a Sony 175A burner, Roxio's recorder support page would show that you need revision 5.01b. This would mean you would need to update your software to 5.01b OR HIGHER to support that CD writer. Updates can be found at www.roxio.com If you do not find your CD writer, that driver is most likely not supported at this time. Roxio does frequently add updates to add drive support for newer burners.
