Why does Tascam Gigastudio 3 have high latency with my RME Hammerfall HDSP9652 or other card?

Try using the Low-Latency MIDI drivers from RME by going to Gigastudio File - System Settings - Hardware - MIDI In Ports and selecting the 2nd set of MIDI inputs from your RME.
