I cannot load the plug-ins that came with my VS8F3 effects card, even though I have followed the directions and updated the software on my VS recorder.

If you have the first-generation VSCDR burner for your unit, it will not allow you to install the plugins for the VS8F3. You need to have either the VSCDR2 or VSCDR3 model of CD burner to enable the VS8F3 plug-ins to be installed properly.
