Q:
I can't get the drivers for my EMU / Creative 1212m, 1820, or 1820m card to load in Windows. What can I do?
A:
On installation CD, there is a file in the Audio Drivers folder called C2Zap. Double-click on this and it will examine what drivers, if any, are installed. It will prompt you to uninstall any drivers currently installed, go ahead and do this, and then it will properly install the correct drivers.
