Pro Tools LE 6.1 on Windows XP displays the message: An error (-1 ) occurred while initializing OMS you may continue without OMS functionality.

This is known to be caused by having software for a Yamaha USB product such as a Motif, DM2000, or P120 Piano installed. You may need to uninstall and/or reinstall the Yamaha software.
