Q:
How do I tap a tempo into ProTools 6.7. I don't see the "Tap" button anymore (it was there in earlier versions).
A:
To tap in a tempo, start my disabling the conductor button in the transport window. Then click the current tempo so that it is highlighted. To enter a new tempo by tapping, hit the "t" key on your keyboard repeatedly and watch the tempo value change. To keep that tempo, hit the "enter" key (not the return key).
