DP unexpectedly quits when adding or removing plugins

DP unexpectedly quits when adding or removing plugins.

This can happen if plugins are removed from the system but the plugins haven't been rescanned by the AU Validator.

Go to root>Users>[home]>Preferences>Digital Performer: remove Audio Units Info Cache, MOTU Audio System Prefs and Preferences.
