1. Choose "Control Panel" from the Apple menu. 2. Select the "Internet" control panel. 3. Open the "Web" tab. 4. Select "Internet Explorer" in the "Default Web Browser" field. OS X Jaguar: 1. Choose "System Preferences" from the Apple menu. 2. Select the "Internet" system preference. 3. Open the "Web" tab. 4. Select "Internet Explorer" in the "Default Web Browser" field. OS X Panther: 1. Launch Safari. 2. Select the "Preferences" menu item from the Safari menu. 3. Open the "General" tab. 4. Select "Internet Explorer" in the "Default Web Browser" drop-down menu. 5. Quit Safari.
