Q:
When I close a Pro Tools session on Windows XP, I get an error: "Fatal exception occurred. Pro Tools must exit. A log file written Referenced memory at, could not be read".
A:
In one case, this error only happened with one firewire drive, all other internal drives closed the session okay.
Trashing the Pro Tools LE and DAE prefs and Digidesign Databases folders resolves the issue.
