Typically, the email containing your personal download-link will arrive within a few minutes, depending on the current server load and internet-traffic.

In case you haven't received the email from us within 1 hour, it could very well be that the email sent from our servers has been identified as spam by either your mail application, your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or webmail/domain-host, and thus gotten filtered (as it looks like an autogenerated email, which it is).
Some ISPs have very strict spam filter setups these days, and you might not even be notified of mails being filtered.

Solution: you may want to consider requesting the plug-in to another email address. In order to do that, please repeat this request procedure and enter another email-address into the "Delivery address" field. Your registration will stay the same, but the download link will be sent to the email address used in the "Delivery address" field.
