-6074 error when toggling all plug-ins between active and inactive mode during playback.

In large sessions, deactivating and reactivating all the plug-ins can cause Pro Tools to post the following error: "The engine DSP ran into the TDM2 deadband. Too many I/Os to the TDM2 chip (-6074)." To resolve the problem, activate and deactivate plug-ins in smaller groups.
