When I launch M-Powered Pro Tools, I get the message "Digidesign hardware is in use by another application." (error -1133).

This can happen when PTMP (ProTools M-Powered) version 6.8 is installed into Mac OS 10.4 "Tiger." Download version 6.8r2 update for PTMP at digidesign.com Version 6.8r2 adds compatibility with Mac OS 10.4.
