Press and Hold the MARK/Edit button for about 2 seconds to enter Edit mode.

The display should be flashing "Renumber."

Press the Mark/Edit button four more times.

The display should be flashing "Format."

While "Format" is flashing press the Enter/Play button. When the display reads "Format OK?" press Enter/Play button again or Stop to cancel.
