The Nuendo Network Collaboration features have been expanded in the new version, adding support for Marker Tracks, while the Online Merge function facilitates the merging of networked projects with local ones.

Among the other new features offered by Nuendo 3.1 are improved handling of video thumbnails, a new feature to safeguard against lost recordings due to power outages and an “Enlarge Selected Track function.”
