This is not possible - you will need an audio interface/sound card to connect the outputs of the Octopre's audio outputs (8 balanced analog connections) .  The optional ADC cards for the Octopre give you the option of digital audio outputs (ADAT optical, SPDIF or ADAT), but still do not allow direct connection to a computer (e.g. USB or Firewire).
