Q:
What can I transfer between my computer and the DP-01FX / DP-01FXCD using the USB connection?
A:
You can make the following data tranfers using USB:
1) Whole songs—the DP-01 calls this BACKUP (from the DP-01 to the BACKUP directory of the FAT partition to the PC) and RESTORE (from the PC to the BACKUP directory of the FAT partition of the DP-01). 2)Tracks in WAV format—tracks can be exported (one or more at a time) as WAV files, or imported (one at a time) from WAV files between the PC and the WAVE directory of the FAT partition of the DP-01. 3) Mastered stereo mixes—export only, as stereo WAV files to the WAVE directory of the FAT partition of the DP-01.
