Q:
I want to use my M-Audio Black Box, FastTrack or JamLab together with Cubase - using the class compliant driver that is built into Mac OS X. When I want to select the device in Cubase, it is listed twice. Which one should I choose?
A:
Select the second instance. Within Cubase, all class compliant devices (incl. devices made by other manufacturers than M-Audio) are listed twice, but only the second entry in the list works. M-Audio has no influence on how class compliant devices appear within Cubase.
