The PK-5 foot pedals can be set to transmit a full range of MIDI velocity (0-127) or transmit a fixed value of 64. Use the following procedure to switch between these two settings:

1) Press OCT/PARAM.
2) Press pedal #9 (all LEDs will temporarily light, confirming that a selection has been made).
