What Do I Do If I Have Problems with Registration or Authorization of my Garritan Software?
 
A:
You can use GPO without registration for 30 days. So there´s no immediate rush on this. The program is fully functional during this period - it will just remind you that you need to register, but only when you first open the application. The exception is with some Mac programs which require authorization to register the Audio Units plug-ins before they can be used

• Sometimes the problem can be that the NI server is down and simply try again later.
• Check to see that the information entered is correct. Sometimes a typo can cause a problem.
• Sometimes there are ISP issues with spam filters that may be blocking communication.
• The problem can also be with certain foreign language keyboards with OSX. Simply change the flag on the desktop to a US or German flag.
• If you have received an error message such as “Page can not be displayed” during registration or if you receive empty forms after submitting data, please check your browser: some versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 SP 1 can have problems on account of a security bug. A fix from Microsoft is available here. You can also try an alternative browser or register from another computer.
