I get the follow message when ProTools is launching: "This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

This issue has two posible solutions:

1. This system file is required to run Miroslav Philharmonik plugin by IK Multimedia, PT can launch without problems but the plugin won't be available
Contact to IK multimedia to get the right file www.philharmonik.com

2. This has also occurred on systems with Service Pack 1 installed. Updating to Service Pack 2 and trashing DAE prefs should resolve the issue.
