My Waves L3 does not show up in my VST plug-ins list in Cubase SX 3, but...

My Waves L3 does not show up in my VST plug-ins list in Cubase SX 3, but does show up in "other" as a Direct X plug in.

According to Waves: Go to C:/ProgramFiles/Steinberg/CubaseSx3/VSTPLUGINS

If the waveshell-vst is not there, go to C:\ProgramFiles\Waves\Waveshells
Find the WaveShell-VST 5.x.dll and make a copy of it
Paste this file into the C:\ProgramFiles\Steinberg\CubaseSx3\VSTPLUGINS

Now you will find the plug-ins.
