The short answer: No. They use two different drivers, and will not work together.

The long answer: Yes, but you will not be able to use them together in the way 2 Firepods or Inspire 1394's can be used. Since they use separate drivers, they will show up as two separate devices. When multiple Firepods or Inspire1394's are hooked together, they really show up as one single device. In order to use them at the same time, your host software must be able to see and use multiple ASIO drivers simultaneously. PreSonus says this is possible, but not recommended nor guaranteed to work.
