I'm running Pro Tools HD 7.2 and keep getting a error that says Could not save because Assertion in "Volumes/Development/vbvd/AlutraPorts/PT4_App/MacBuild/../PtSess/PtSess_XChg.cpp",Line 1054 .

According to Digidesign, this is a known issue in versions 7.1cs9 and 7.2:
