The red light on the front of my Reveal speakers is on, but I'm not getting...

The red light on the front of my Reveal speakers is on, but I'm not getting any audio.

The Tannoy logo on the currrent series of Reveal monitors functions as a Mute switch for the speakers. It turns green when un-muted.
