This can normally be alleviated by making some adjustments in Logic. Go to Logic menu > Preferences > Audio. There, visit the Drivers page and make the following adjustments:

• Set IO buffer to 1024
• Set Process Buffer to Medium
• Set Rewire Behavior to Playback Mode

Allow Logic to "Try Relaunch" when prompted, then continue using Duende in Logic.
