Things to know about Digidesign Authorization Codes:
1) All codes are in the form of 3 sets of 8 characters-- DIGIxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx
2) Spaces matter. Exactly one space between each octet.
3) Case matters. "DIGI" are CAPS; all other alphas are smalls.
4) There are no alphas beyond the letter f. (after the 'DIGI' they are all hexidecimal numbers... 0-9 and a-f are the only legal characters)
If this still doesn't help you'll need to contact Digidesign and straighten it out with them.
