I installed my URS plug-ins correctly but they still fail to show up in Cubase, why?

Usually if a plug-in fails to show up in Cubase it simply just needs to be reinitalized. This can be be done in the plug-ins properties window. (Devices > PLug-In Information) Simply uncheck the box for the URS plug-in and then recheck it. Next restart Cubase. This will force Cubase to reinitalize the plug-in on restart. The plug-in should then show back up as a useable plug-in in Cubase.
