ProTools Compatibility Alert : Mac OS 10.4.10 and 10.4.11 are NOT compatible with ProTools

Please note that the recently posted versions of Mac OSX 10.4.10 and 10.4.11 have not been qualified by Digidesign for any products including Pro Tools LE, Pro Tools HD or M-Powered Pro Tools.

We have encountered several problems after users updated to Mac OS 10.4.10. Problems may include ProTools not launching, or the application producing inescapable errors during launch or operation.

Until Digidesign posts approval at their compatibility pages online, do not update to Mac OS 10.4.10 or 10.4.11.
